Some people take it for granted that if their children are in the house, either in their rooms or in the basement, they are completely safe and out of danger. A lot of people are unaware that we are sometimes inviting danger in via the Internet. What you had to say on the program was food for thought for many in our audience. Hopefully they will think a little more about the issue and not only monitor what their kids are doing, but have frank discussions with their kids so that they are aware of the dangers themselves, both with the computer and even with such online game consoles such as the Xbox.
