Internet Safety For Kids

Posted by: Joyce in teenagers, internet safety, cyberbullying on Jun 02, 2008

Internet safety for kids is hot. Why? Kids have to be safer online today, right now, immediately.

I want to share a gem with you today that will help you keep you child safer from cyberbullying.

There’s a conference today in New York called the International Stop Cyberbullying Conference on Tuesday, June 3, at the Schimmel Theatre on Pace University's downtown campus. There are some 200,000 teenagers who have pledged to help stop cyberbullying led by Teenangels' 'Megan Pledge' Program to Encourage 1 Million Teens to Take a Stand Against Cyberbullying.

Check Out This Video From The Conference.

There's a special note to Verizon for sponsoring and participating in the event....we need more companies that see their part in keeping our children safer like these guys....change your phone service and supprot them for caring about your teenager online.

......Hats Off To Verizon.
